The Council is part of
POWERtalk International, a non-profit organisation founded in 1938 and now operating
in 21 countries.
Guests are always welcome at our clubs - There is no
charge for visitors who will not be pressed to speak unless they really wish to.
POWERtalk clubs are open to everybody - Members
include doctors,
lawyers, teachers, students, IT consultants, architects, politicians, builders,
electricians, taxi drivers, taxidermists and even
professional speakers.
Whatever your 'station' in life, good communication
skills are essential.
No dress code - Come as you are.
No booking required - Just turn up.

Council Seven President, Janeen Vosper recently presented a
training session at the POWERtalk International Convention
held on the cruise ship 'Serenade of the Seas' as it sailed
the inside passage to Alaska.
She joined Australian Region speech contest representative
and Council Seven member, Jan Patterson on a sight seeing
trip to the Mendenhall Glacier in Skagway, Alaska. |
